We continued to plant further woods and wildlife friendly cover and then, in 2014, installed a small Gaia wind turbine. We also upgraded our private water supply by adding in its own filtration plant. After a fabulous winter trip to Austria in 2016 we fully bought into ‘Wellness’ and ‘Wellbeing”, so, as a result, in 2017, converted the Grain Dryer building into a Wellness studio containing our wood fired Swedish Harvia sauna and our Wellness gym area. During the Covid years 2020-2022 we finalised and submitted our plans, then constructed our 3 architect designed hillside cabins which have been a lifelong dream of Tim’s. We love living here and have been slowly upgrading our shared environment for all to benefit from. We hope that guests can come here, relax, slow down a little, be in the moment and enjoy their surroundings - whatever the weather throws at them! What else keeps us busy? Tim is a keen Munro bagger and loves being out on The Hills - we are so lucky to have Highland Perthshire on our doorstep. We both enjoy golf and therefore spend time at nearby Blairgowrie or in St. Andrews where we also run 3 gorgeous self catering properties - a 1 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom property.
